Keane is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to support two care homes in the UK. You will lead the care teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high standards of resident care while maintaining a safe environment. PVG and two references are required.

The role requires a proactive leader with a strong clinical background and experience in managing across two facilities, with flexibility for occasional nurse cover during leave.
