QME Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to provide professional clinical leadership across Murray House and Evanthea House in Kelso. You will oversee nursing teams, ensure best practices in governance and resident care, and support the Registered Manager with complex clinical decisions.

The role offers flexible hours and a permanent 36-hour week. RMN is preferred, with RN experience considered for those with mental health and dementia expertise.
