Clinical Fellow in Neonatology

Post details: 1-year fixed term, full time (40 hours per week) located at the neonatal unit of the Simpson Centre for Reproductive Health, Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
The role is designed to provide high quality training and experience in neonatal neurology. The postholder will have protected time for neonatal neurology during daytime hours but will also contribute fully to the neonatal service middle-grade out of hours rota, gaining clinical experience at senior registrar level/post-CCT level.
The post is not part of an approved UK clinical training programme but is suitable for an individual in a training programme who can obtain approved time out of programme for experience (OOPE), or for a suitably experienced person who is CCTd or not presently in a UK training programme.
