Position Overview
NHS Fife welcomes applicants for the post of Senior Clinical Educator. The role supports the development of the hubs and subsequent delivery of education within the ScotCOM program, a new 5 year MBChB focusing on community based medicine in partnership with the University of St Andrews.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of ScotCOM learning components.
- Support teaching that complements placements within the hub and spoke model.
- Help deliver a multidisciplinary approach to teaching alongside a team of Senior Clinical Educators.
- Act as a positive role model for students.
Qualifications
- Background in Nursing, Midwifery, or Allied Health Profession (NMAHP).
Work Hours
The full time working week is 36 hours per week, with a corresponding increase in hourly rate so pay is not affected. Part time hours are reduced pro rata.

Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and will undergo pre employment checks. A candidate must become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme before appointment.
