The Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) is recruiting a Continuous Improvement and Performance Customer Delivery Team Leader to drive CI across Scotland Field Delivery. You will lead improvement projects, deliver performance insights, and coach a small team to achieve high-quality outcomes efficiently.

You will collaborate with managers and leaders to identify risks and opportunities, embedding new workflows and ensuring timely, data-driven decision making.
