Senior Charge Nurse & Care Team Leader

Job Description

HC-One, the Kind Care Company, is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee resident care in your home and to run the home when the Home Manager and Deputy are absent. You will administer medicines, keep essential records, and uphold high standards of wellbeing and safety for residents.

You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care, with a valid NMC pin, and a passion for mentoring colleagues within a supportive team.
