Job Description

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering compassionate, personalised care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings.

You will plan and implement care that preserves dignity, independence and safety, while building strong relationships with residents and families. Ideal candidates will have Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care (with a view to Level 3) and a background in person-centred care planning, record keeping,
