Job Description

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team at Leys Park Care Centre. You will support the Manager, step in during their absence, and ensure residents receive dignified, person-centred care while promoting independence and rights.

The role requires experience in residential or nursing care and may involve medication administration, moving and handling, and safeguarding confidentiality. Training and development are provided.
