HC-One in Ayr is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver personalised care with dignity and independence for residents. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure comprehensive care plans and timely support.

You will administer medications, supervise care activities, and engage residents in social and recreational programs, promoting wellbeing and safety across shifts.
