Job Description

HRM Homecare is seeking a capable Care Co-ordinator to join our South Lanarkshire team. This hands-on management role brings together people, care planning and service development to deliver high-quality, person-centred care at home.

You will lead frontline staff, coordinate rostering, monitor outcomes and ensure responsive, compliant services. A driving licence and access to a car are essential; 37.5 hours over 5 days.
