HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant where kindness underpins every action. You will lead a team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care, develop personalised care plans, and build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintain accurate records, assist with medication, and promote dignity and independence through engaging activities. Training is provided along with a broad benefits package.
