Senior Building Surveyor – Property Reinstatement & Claims

Job Description

A property claims management firm is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor in Scotland. This hybrid role involves leading projects focused on property reinstatement, performing technical assessments, determining causation and damage, and submitting full reports. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loss adjusting or building surveying and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Qualifications such as MRICS or C.BuildE are preferred but not mandatory.
