We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in a reputable salon environment, providing personalised treatments that meet clients’ individual needs.

We may also consider renting the romm on a self employed basis.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures
Apply makeup for various occasions, ensuring colour matching and application techniques are flawless
Deliver personalised consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise waiting times

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatment procedures and aftercare advice
Demonstrated expertise in makeup application for various skin tones and styles
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is desirable but not essential
A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
