Senior Banqueting Sous Chef – High-Volume Events

Job Description

Prestonfield House in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef – Banqueting to lead our banqueting kitchen for high-volume events.

Predominantly based in the Circular Stables Ballroom, you will manage food preparation for 150-500 guests, work with the Head Chef on menu development, and occasionally run a section in the main hotel kitchen. Everything is made fresh on site with a passion for quality ingredients.
