Senior Associate/Legal Director – Commercial Real Estate (6+ PQE)

A well-established and highly regarded Scottish law firm is seeking an Senior Associate or Legal Director (6+ years PQE) to join its busy and successful Commercial Real Estate team in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team handling a varied and high-quality workload for a diverse client base. The role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leasing
- Asset management
- General commercial property transactions
Working alongside experienced partners and senior colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice while taking responsibility for managing your own transactions and client relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
- Have strong experience in Commercial Real Estate law
- Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Thrive in both collaborative and independent working environments
- Show initiative, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
