Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Assistant Accountants to support the Medical and Emergency Care and Trauma Directorate with Acute Services based at Ailsa Hospital.
What you will do
You will provide direct support to the relevant Management Accountant and be responsible for the provision of financial management information and budgetary reports. Key duties include providing financial and budgetary support to the Management Accountant, budget holders, and all other interested parties.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job
You must be proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Office. You must have at least an HNC level qualification, be an excellent communicator and team player. If you have an HND level qualification you are also acceptable, and you should be working towards a professional accountancy qualification.
Hours
The role is 36 hours per week and can be worked flexibly on a work pattern agreed between Monday and Friday.
UK Driving Licence
A UK driving licence is required for this role.
