Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £37-43,000 DOE

Daily Duties

  • Lead architectural design and delivery on complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through completion
  • Produce and review high-quality design documentation, ensuring adherence to design intent, technical standards and regulations
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients and contractors, managing design integration and project risks
  • Represent the studio at client meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagements
  • Champion design development within the studio, contributing to thought leadership and practice initiatives
  • Support business development activities, including proposals, pitches and strategic client engagement

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Senior Architect with a strong design portfolio and proven track record of delivery
  • Chartered or eligible for professional accreditation with the relevant architectural body
  • Confident leading project teams and managing complex architectural challenges
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills
  • Strong technical understanding with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary information
  • Proactive, positive and collaborative approach to design and teamwork
  • Commitment to design quality, innovation and mentoring others
