CreateFuture, an AI-native consulting partner, is seeking an AI Engineer in Edinburgh to join the AI Engineering team focused on evaluation, experimentation, and observability for AI features in production. This hands-on role spans eval platforms, golden datasets, and production monitoring.

You will design and run eval pipelines, curate golden datasets, and build production observability, turning data into actionable decisions for engineering and product teams.
