Senior 3rd-Line Cloud & Identity Support Specialist

Job Description

RM Technology is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Senior Support Consultant to own the technical resolution of complex incidents. You will diagnose deep systemic infrastructure issues, automate recurring fixes, and elevate the support team’s capabilities while working with the Operations Manager and external suppliers to meet SLAs.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace environments, implement security controls, and mentor Tier 1/2 staff.
