Senior 3rd-Line Cloud & Automation Support Engineer

Job Description

RM Education seeks a highly skilled 3rd Line Senior Support Consultant to own the technical resolution of complex, business-critical incidents. You will diagnose deep systemic issues, automate recurring fixes, and elevate the capabilities of the broader support team across RM Technology divisions.

You will work with the Operations Manager, manage third-party suppliers, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs, while mentoring others and driving runbooks and SOPs.
