SEMH Primary Teaching Assistant – Grow with Us (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Description

Hays Education are recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a primary setting in Oakham. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a safe, engaging learning environment and help pupils feel supported.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and small group support, promoting positive behaviour, aiding with emotional regulation and assisting with the delivery of engaging lessons.
