Novatech Ltd is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service to clients and healthcare professionals, guiding them through the Secure Start pathway and educating on Hollister and Dansac products for Ostomy and Continence Care.

You will manage calls/emails, register new clients, and support the Clinical Team with issue resolution while maintaining GDPR compliance and accurate records.
