Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland seeks an IM&T Infrastructure Analyst at The State Hospital in Scotland. The role provides 36 hours per week in a permanent position within the eHealth Department, handling first- and second-line support for IT hardware and software in a highly secure environment.

Key tasks include installing equipment, scheduling delivery, managing helpdesk tickets, updating systems, and supporting end users. Relevant MS core systems experience is essential.
