Job Description

Bowhill House & Country Park in the Scottish Borders is seeking a hands-on seasonal front-of-house supervisor to lead catering operations this summer and autumn. You will work across the Old Kitchen Café and The Horsebox, supporting daily service, stock control, and guest experience.

The role requires supervisory and food preparation skills, knowledge of hygiene standards, and strong communication to motivate a small team in a rural setting. Transport is essential.
