As a Seasonal Customer Service Assistant, youll help create an exciting and welcoming experience for holidaymakers of all ages while working in one of our lively arcade venues.

The Role Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers within the arcade
• Delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Listening to customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages
• Ensuring the arcade remains tidy, attractive, and well presented
• Learning about our games, products, and promotions so you can confidently assist customers
• Working as part of a fast-paced and supportive team

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys customer interaction, teamwork, and working in an exciting entertainment environment.

Job Details

• Age Requirement: 18+
• Contract Type: Average contract length 6 months. Each location operates on different opening & closing seasonal dates, so contract length may vary.
• 16+ hours per week average – Each location operates on different opening & closing times, so contractual hours per week may vary.
• Day and evening shifts
• Weekend availability required (including public and bank holiday availability)
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Overtime available during busy periods
