Seafood Chef de Partie / Sous Chef Seasonal Housing

Job Description

Polish Workers is seeking a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for a busy seafood restaurant in Portree, Isle of Skye. You will work across kitchen sections, preparing fresh seafood and other dishes in a small team on site.

The role is a seasonal contract with potential for permanent full-time employment. Expect approximately 45+ hours per week (5-6 days) and shared accommodation in a house with two other staff (£70 per week, utilities included).
