Scotland Regional Sales Lead – Material Processing

Job Description

Fusion People seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team across Scotland and drive revenue in material processing and recycling sectors. The role focuses on selling crushers, screeners, shredders, and related attachments, while growing key accounts and managing trade-in opportunities.

You will own the regional plan, forecast, and pipeline, working closely with internal support, production and workshop teams to meet targets. Travel across Scotland is expected as required.
