Honeypot Children’s Charity in Scotland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our respite, wellbeing programmes and outreach services across Glasgow, Edinburgh and North/East Ayrshire.

You will manage a flexible workforce, oversee day-to-day operations, and collaborate with schools and local authorities to strengthen referral pathways and reach. The role shapes how and where services are delivered to best meet local need.
