Business Development Director – Scotland

Investment Solutions

Basic: £80,000 – £100,000

OTE: £150k+ (uncapped, paid quarterly)

If you’re an experienced Business Development Director based in Scotland, with a strong network of financial advisers and a background in DFM, MPS or platform sales, this could be a standout next step.

I’m working exclusively with a highly regarded and well-established name in the UK investment management space.

This role will see you responsible for promoting a full suite of investment solutions to financial advisers across Scotland, with strong internal support and a clear growth mandate.

Duties:

  • Driving new business flows from advisers
  • Working closely with the regional investment team
  • Proactively engaging advisers to understand and meet client needs
  • Delivering a clear regional growth strategy to increase AUM
  • Building long-term, high-quality adviser relationships
