Sales Manager – Pipeline Maintenance / Cleaning
ROSEN is looking for a Sales Manager to support sales of our Pipeline Maintenance and Cleaning products and services in the UK and mainland Europe. The role focuses on achieving commercial targets, expanding market presence, gathering market intelligence and supporting strategic forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Build close customer relationships for continuous business expansion (both external & internal).
- Actively explore the market to understand customer needs and implement resulting strategies to improve market penetration.
- Increase brand awareness of ROSEN products and services in the relevant market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Represent the ROSEN Group to the customer during the entire sales process.
- Provide quotations and proposals, followed up with sales execution and after sales support.
- Achieve the targeted market presence and gain market intelligence.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Service Line management.
- Continuously improve market understanding (regulatory changes, market trends, customer needs, competition).
- Ensure positive customer relationships and align with other ROSEN services in the region or the group as needed to provide first class customer solutions.
What you will bring
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Relevant industry recognised qualifications also desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a technical customer facing function in the oil & gas industry.
- Technical background and/or work experience in pipeline integrity management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Self motivated and a self starter.
- Ability to work effectively within a challenging environment.
- Working knowledge of pipeline inspection methods.
