THE ROLE
Lead, coach and develop a team of four field sales professionals, helping them maximise performance and deliver sustainable growth. You’ll spend regular time in the field supporting the team, developing sales strategies and driving high standards across the region.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience managing a B2B field sales team.
- A background selling capital equipment, commercial vehicles, off-highway machinery, fleet solutions or similar.
- A structured, organised approach to coaching and sales management.
- Able to travel to Northern Ireland frequently.
THE PACKAGE
- £70,000-£80,000 salary
