Looking for an immediate in customer service?

Our client is a leading UK wholesaler and they are looking for a confident and energetic Customer service agent to join their fun and hard working team. Based in their Bellshill you will be part of a team responsible for retaining and growing the business through building lasting relationships with clients.

By continuing to service their accounts, your friendly and confident telephone manner will go along way to ensuring continuous repeat business as well as introducing new products at every opportunity. With no cold calling the role of a customer services all about dealing with an existing client base, and by keeping them happy you will keep your manager happy.

This role is all about you, your personality and your drive will determine how successful you become, to be considered for this you should be able to demonstrate the following experience:

An excellent telephone manner
Positive can do attitude
An organised individual
Excellent computer skills and experience with CRM systems

As a Customer Service Agent your duties will include:

Dealing with client queries in a timely and professional manner
Dealing with complaints
Building relationships with our customers and processing orders
Continuously looking to maximise sales revenue
Accurately inputting orders and updating the CRM system

The hours for this role are Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm

The salary for this role is 24,375 plus monthly commission up to 600.
