Klarent Hospitality is recruiting a Sales Executive

The Role:

Manage client and group bookings, ensuring their needs are met across bedrooms, meeting rooms, and F&B, acting as liaison between sales and operations.

  • Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently
  • Manage meetings & events from enquiry to delivery
  • Participate in sales blitz activities to attract new business
  • Maintain market segment databases and conduct mailings
  • Perform market research and telesales campaigns as needed
  • Prepare monthly reports and analyze business levels
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Assist with corporate hospitality events
  • Maintain professionalism and teamwork
  • Coordinate with management
  • Be aware of VIPs and show rounds, communicating accordingly
  • Attend training and develop skills
  • Contribute to revenue and sales targets
