The Role
They’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial recruitment consultants to join the team on a self-employed basis to build their own business and client bank. You will have your own designated territory where you will have no competition from another consultant.
You will do your own marketing and prospecting in your designated territory, but once the sale is made, and the invoice is paid, your job is finished and you can move to the next sale.
The Model
Our client helps small and medium sized businesses recruit at a fraction of the cost of a traditional recruitment agency. They offer three packages, which range from £595 to £990 per campaign. Clients can choose from a “DIY” service, through to a fully managed and supported campaign, and you could comfortably run 10 or more campaigns per month.
