Floor 8, Exchange Tower, 19 Canning St, Edinburgh EH3 8EG

£26,227.50 basic salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000+)

Edinburgh Office (5 mins from Haymarket Station)

What you’ll be doing

Speaking to customers over the phone and identifying sales opportunities

Re-contracting existing customers and strengthening relationships

Upselling and cross-selling products that offer real value

Handling objections confidently and turning conversations into results

Working towards achievable targets with uncapped commission

Celebrating successes as part of a supportive, high-energy team

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have worked in broadband before.

We’ll provide training, but you’ll need:

Previous sales experience (telephone, retail, outbound or similar)

Confidence speaking to customers

A positive, resilient attitude

The drive to achieve targets and earn commission

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
