Sales Administrator
Temp to Perm Role
Location: Livingston Depot
Pay: £12.75/hr
Hours: 40 hrs/wk (Sunday-Thursday)
Shifts: Sun & Mon (6am-4pm) Tue-Thu (Rotating 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm)
The Role
We need a detail-oriented Sales Administrator for our busy Livingston depot. You will manage stock processing, logistics support, and general site administration.
Key Duties
- Stock & Orders: Process SAP sales orders, issue production notes, and close nightly stock.
- Logistics: Arrange store deliveries, coordinate driver cover, and track fleet service history.
- Admin & Safety: Manage reception, answer calls, and support site Health & Safety teams.
Requirements
- Strong numerical, computer, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to cover holidays/sickness.
- Stock control, Excel, or SAP experience is a plus (full training provided).
