Salaried GP – £12,000-£15,000+ per Session 15-Minute Appointments Minimal Home Visits
A genuinely manageable and well-structured GP workload.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive GP Training Practice in the Highbridge area, offering strong workload control, excellent clinical support and the stability of a larger organisation. The practice has built systems designed to keep GPs focused on clinical work, with flexible appointment structuring, limited admin burden and ANP-led home visits.

Workload & Structure
- 4+ sessions per week
- 25 patients per day
- 15-minute appointments
- Flexible appointment template allowing you to structure your day around patient need
- Limited admin workload due to strong support functions
- ANPs conduct the majority of home visits
- No evenings or weekends required
