Due to continued list growth, Linkwood Medical Practice is pleased to invite applications for a Salaried GP for 6-8 sessions per week (flexible and negotiable). The Practice

We are a well established, training practice with a strong multidisciplinary model and a clear ethos of minimising unnecessary GP workload.

  • Practice list size: approx. 13,000 patients
  • GP workforce:
    • 6 GP Partners
    • 3 Salaried GPs
    • 1 Long term Locum
  • Clinical team:
    • 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
    • 3 Band 6 Practice Nurses
    • CTAC Band 5 nurses
    • Band 3 Health Care Assistants
  • Large Pharmacotherapy Team, including a Clinical Pharmacist, actively reducing GP workload
  • Wider MDT, including
    • First Contact Physiotherapy
    • Mental Health & Wellbeing
    • Dementia & Frailty Nursing
    • Occupational Therapy
  • Co located NHS services, enabling excellent collaboration:
