Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 2-3 days office)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to join a growing team in Glasgow. This role focuses on providing high-quality support and working closely with clients to enhance their ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Sage Intacct ERP
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve user queries
  • Assist with system configuration and improvements
  • Deliver user training and support documentation
  • Work on upgrades and enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience with Sage Intacct ERP
  • Strong support or ERP helpdesk background
  • Understanding of finance systems
  • Excellent communication skills
