Directive Consulting seeks an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. This senior, client-facing role combines people leadership with deep Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot expertise.

You will guide a team of RevOps Strategists, manage complex client engagements, and stay hands-on to implement architecture, audits, and integrations. Strong communication and technical fluency are essential.
