Retirement Housing Officer – Immediate Start

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting an experienced Retirement Housing Officer to join our social housing team on an initial 3 month temporary contract. You will deliver enhanced housing management for tenants in retirement housing, build strong relationships with tenants, families and external agencies, and promote independence and wellbeing.

You will conduct welfare visits, signpost to support services, liaise with Social Work, Health Services and care partners, coordinate tenant activities
