Poundland is seeking a Team Leader in Coatbridge to support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering a fantastic shopping experience.

You will help create a friendly store, manage deliveries, merchandising, and daily operations while leading by example. Retail experience and some leadership ability are valued; energy, organisation and a passion for people and customer service are essential.
