Job Description

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a committed Team Leader to join our Livingston store. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts, helping drive availability and strong customer service.

You will lead a small team, plan shifts, develop colleagues, and ensure policies are followed, while delivering on daily tasks and using the One Best Way processes.
