Retail Supervisor Fashion Glasgow 13.00 – 13.50 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading fashion brand in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, motivated individual to support a successful store team, drive sales, and develop their retail career.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Support store management with day-to-day operations
- Drive sales and performance to achieve company targets
- Open and close the store as required
- Maintain high retail standards including merchandising and stock control
- Handle deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and wider teams
About You:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person
- Confident communicator with strong customer focus
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ideally able to drive with access to a vehicle
