The Works Stores Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy store, coach your team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll own store performance, ensure stock and merchandising standards, recruit and train staff, manage rotas and payroll, and maintain health and safety compliance across the shop floor and distribution center as needed.
