Job Description

The Works Stores Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail team, drive commercial performance and deliver a welcoming, well run shopping experience. You’ll own all aspects of store operations, from people and performance to standards and service.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop colleagues, use data to improve results, manage rotas and stock, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with Area Managers and central teams to implement initiatives.
