Retail Security Officer – Customer Safety & Service

Job Description

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff and stock in a retail setting. You will act as a visible deterrent, respond to incidents promptly, and maintain a safe shopping environment.

The role requires a valid SIA license (DS or Security Guarding), keen observation, calm handling of situations, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
