Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare goods for sale: check names, quantities, completeness, prices, label compliance, unpack and inspect appearance.
- Arrange and display goods according to international company rules.
- Maintain product availability, quality, expiration dates, proper labeling, and pricing.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and assure product availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a retail environment.
- Minimum completed full school or vocational school education (high school diploma) or higher.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to offer substitutes, new and related products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including conflict resolution.
- Problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
- Awareness of compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Self leadership: ability to work independently, manage emotions, and handle challenges.
