Job Summary

Travel Service Partner – Edinburgh Airport
Location: Edinburgh
Hours: 24 per week, shift work working between 4am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday
Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus
Travel allowance: £1152 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Part Time

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales
• Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets
• Working in a fast paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy
• Working together as a team, driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success together
• Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with a passion for great customer service
• Active listener who understands customer needs and creates a fantastic customer experience
• Positive, can do attitude; no challenge is too big and a desire to make a difference each day
• Team player ready to learn, grow and develop as part of an amazing team
