Job Description

Farmfoods Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a full time 43 hour, 5 day week. The role offers a salary of £31,449-£32,648 per year, with 6 weeks holiday, a 15% staff discount and a benefits package.

You will work closely with the shop manager to coach a team and maintain high standards of service and store presentation. As an assistant manager you will lead, develop and motivate staff, drive operational cost controls and ensure smooth daily shop operations.
